This is just to prove that I do walk as far and high as I have always said I do on my holidays. I do not spend all my time visiting patchwork shops......... NOTE THE VERY SMART FOOTWEAR!!!!!

Church Farm Stanshope

This is the farm where I am staying in the Peak District, the three storey part is the farmhouse and the two storey section is the cottage we are staying in. The views are stunning and there are wonderful walks from the door.

Visit to Heirs and Graces

Visited another quilt shop today Heirs and Graces in Darley Dale, they have some lovely fabrics but I bought linen this time it was very nice.

Visit to Quiltessentials

When I am holiday in Derbyshire I always pay a visit to Quiltessentials, it is a lovely shop at Arkwrights Mill in Cromford. Ann who owns the shop always has a good selection of Lecien fabrics and as everyone knows they are a particular favourite with me Ann had some nice new designs in stock so of course I had to purchase a few!!!!!!!,

My Quilts on display

My quilts were on display in St Mary's Chruch Bramford this afternoon They looked really nice hanging over the pews and the choir stalls and people who visited made some very nice comments about them. Thanks to everyone.

New Baby

I think this little cutie is going to be my new baby. she has a sister and two brothers but I think she has stolen my heart. We are going to see her on Tuesday how exciting.......
